Drop Away Diet Drops Video Diary

So here we are eight days in to the Drop Away diet drops diet plan and hence I just reckoned I would give everyone an up-date along with my personal results so far.

Once more for complete disclosure I want to remind everyone that i’m doing some work with Drop Away as a marketing firm however this is my own personal journey while i try this diet program to see how it works first hand.

When I check out the diet plan which is delivered along with the drops it reminds me a protien diet plan I was on which did work in it helped me to slim down however a part of that diet plan was to consume protien drinks thoughout your day for you to supress the craving for food and thus if anyone has previously tried out those protien beverages you will know that the is often rather sickly and you also drink these because you have to ,not necessarily for the reason that you wish to.

Ok now what I have found with taking these diet drops is it surpresses my craving for food without the hassle of consuming the protien beverages. Actually at the outset of the diet I was struggling to eat because I was lacking an appetite therefore i had not been consuming enough calories.

One more thing I have found which I actually find quite odd and that i don’t know if it has anything to do due to the drops at all because I’m no chemist, but I personally have noticed I really don’t have any sugar urges.

When I was on the protien diet program I bought chocolate protien bars and cut pieces from the bar in order that I could have a one or two pieces following my evening meals to satify the desire for some thing sweet.

Since I have been using Drop Away diet drops I have never experienced any urges for sugar whatsoever and you’re looking at somebody that easlity devours a complete packet of biscuits once the packet is in fact opened so I have realized this weird and as I mentioned, I’m not sure if that has anything to do with the actual drops or not?

I’ve got to acknowledge I’ve not adhered to this diet plan to the full since there is no way I can stomach skimmed milk therefore i continue to use semi-skimmed milk at breakfast time and for my cups of tea all of the day. Nor do I drink the water because advised. I prefer to drink tea all day and have continued to do this with this diet program.

So what exactly are the results so far?

Well I’m so delighted with myself and this diet program so far as over the very first week I actually have lost a total of 6lbs which is a lot more than I have ever lost in the past on just about any diet program and so my first impressions are this is quick however let us see exactly what takes place over the subsequent number of weeks.
